How do I restart the plugin , if it's hanging or stuck waiting for geolocation, without restarting my computer?

On a Mac go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > Player Location Check. Click the lock button in the bottom right and enter your password. Click restart.
On a PC, restart the PLC through the Task Manager (control+alt+delete, and then find the Player Location Check within the list of running processes).
